outer pair

Sooo, I've been experiencing an awful lot of nostalgia for Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon recently, so I thought I'd try my hand at drawing one of my oldest and most beloved pairings: Michiru and Haruka. They were the first lesbian couple I ever saw in the media; Haruka was my first self-aware crush on a woman (well, a fictional one), and a picture of Michiru was part of what originally inspired me to start drawing anime art in high school (which ... eventually evolved into my own comic style). So these two are kind of significant for me.

I always loved how Haruka was kind of an awful flirt (particularly with Usagi in the Sailor Moon S manga), but Michiru generally seemed to have her ... well in hand. Mmmm.
